Reservations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Reservations can be made online, by phone, email or directly at the property.<\/li>\n<li>A deposit or a credit card may be required to guarantee the reservation.<\/li>\n<li>The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Cancellations and Changes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing (by email or online form).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standard policy:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations after 48 hours before arrival or no-shows: 100% charge.<\/li>\n<li>Some rates (e.g. non-refundable) may have different conditions, stated at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Check-in \/ Check-out<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM<\/li>\n<li>Late check-in after 11:00 PM may incur an extra fee.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 11:00 AM<\/li>\n<li>Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Payments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and debit cards are accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Tourist Tax<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The tourist tax is not included in the rate and will be applied according to current regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Guest Behavior<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests must respect the peace of the property and other guests.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and common areas (except in designated areas).<\/li>\n<li>Damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Pets<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pets are allowed at a cost of \u20ac15 per night (dogs max 15 kg and 1 per room\/apartment).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Liability<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored or not declared at the reception.<\/li>\n<li>Parking is free and the hotel is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9.
